JuanWorks PH (“Platform,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”) provides a digital marketplace that connects Clients with independent Service Providers.

1. Platform Nature

JuanWorks PH is a technology platform only.

We:

  • Do not provide construction, engineering, architectural, or professional services 
  • Do not employ or supervise Service Providers 
  • Are not a party to any agreement between users 

All engagements are solely between Clients and Service Providers.

2. No Professional Advice

Any information on the Platform (including profiles, content, or communications) is for general informational purposes only.

It does not constitute:

  • Engineering advice 
  • Architectural advice 
  • Legal advice 
  • Financial advice 

Users should seek licensed professionals where appropriate.

3. No Warranty or Guarantee

JuanWorks PH makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • Quality of work 
  • Safety of services 
  • Timeliness or completion 
  • Accuracy of user information 
  • Professional qualifications 

All services are used at the user’s own risk.

4. Independent Contractors

All Service Providers are independent contractors, not employees or agents of JuanWorks PH.

JuanWorks PH:

  • Does not control how services are performed 
  • Does not guarantee results 
  • Does not assume responsibility for any acts or omissions of users

5. Assumption of Risk

Users acknowledge that engaging with third parties involves inherent risks, including:

  • Property damage 
  • Personal injury 
  • Financial loss 
  • Project delays or failure 

Users voluntarily assume all such risks.

6. Payments & Financial Transactions

All payments are processed through third-party providers.

JuanWorks PH:

  • Does not hold or guarantee funds (unless explicitly stated) 
  • Is not responsible for payment failures, delays, fraud, or disputes 

All financial transactions are at the user’s own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JuanWorks PH shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect damages 
  • Losses arising from user interactions 
  • Fraud, scams, or misconduct 
  • Property damage, injury, or death 
  • Disputes between users

8. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

  • Verifying credentials and qualifications 
  • Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations 
  • Entering into contracts at their own discretion

9. Platform Availability

JuanWorks PH is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability 
  • Error-free operation 
  • Uninterrupted access

10. External Links & Third-Party Services

The Platform may include links or integrations with third parties.

JuanWorks PH is not responsible for:

  • Third-party services 
  • External content 
  • Policies or actions of third parties

11. Data Privacy

Personal data is handled in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

However, users acknowledge that:

  • No system is completely secure 
  • Online data transmission carries inherent risks

12. Right to Enforce & Report

JuanWorks PH reserves the right to:

  • Investigate suspicious activity 
  • Suspend or terminate accounts 
  • Report illegal conduct to authorities
