• Local worker matching — JuanWorks.Ph identifies JuanWorkers who offer the required service within the relevant service location and notifies them about the opportunity.
• A structured way to connect — The first 5 JuanWorkers to express interest can put themselves forward for a job, giving JuanOwners a manageable number of workers to consider.
• Identity & NBI verification — JuanWorkers who complete our identity verification and provide a valid NBI Clearance receive a JuanWorks.Ph Verified badge. This verification applies only to their identity and NBI Clearance status.
• Worker profiles — JuanWorkers can provide information about their services, skills, qualifications, training, experience, and other relevant details for JuanOwners to consider. This information is provided by the JuanWorker and is not independently verified by JuanWorks.Ph.
• Communication tools — JuanOwners and JuanWorkers can communicate directly to discuss the job, requirements, schedule, pricing, and other details before deciding to work together.
• Reviews & ratings — JuanOwners can share their experience after a completed job, helping JuanWorkers build a reputation based on their customers’ feedback.

How JuanWorks.ph Works

1. Tell Us What You Need
Post your job by describing the service you need, what needs to be done, and where (city or province) the work will take place.

2. JuanWorks.Ph Finds & Notifies Matching JuanWorkers
JuanWorks.Ph identifies JuanWorkers who offer the required service within the relevant service location and notifies them about the job opportunity. You don’t have to search through hundreds of workers. As the JuanWorks.Ph community grows, our matching system will evolve and may consider factors such as ratings, reviews, and other relevant information in the notification process.

3. JuanWorkers Submit Their Interest
Interested JuanWorkers can submit their interest in your job. The first 5 JuanWorkers to submit their interest fill the available slots.

4. Review Verified JuanWorkers
As JuanWorkers submit their interest, you can view their profiles and available information, including their skills, experience, training certificates, reviews, ratings, and JuanWorks.Ph verification status.

5. Five Slots at a Time
Once 5 JuanWorkers have submitted their interest, the job becomes full and other JuanWorkers can no longer submit their interest.

6. Make Room for Other JuanWorkers
If you decide that an interested JuanWorker is not suitable for your job, you can decline their interest. This opens a slot and allows another JuanWorker to submit their interest.

7. Connect & Discuss the Job
Communicate with the JuanWorkers whose interest you are considering, discuss your requirements, ask questions, agree on the schedule, price and details of the work.

8. Choose Your JuanWorker
After communicating with the interested JuanWorkers, choose the person you feel is the right fit for your job.

9. Get the Job Done & Build Trust
Once the job is completed, share your experience by leaving a review and rating. Your feedback helps good JuanWorkers build their reputation and helps other JuanOwners make more confident decisions.

JuanWorks.Ph provides the system to connect—but the work and agreement remain between JuanOwners and JuanWorkers.

Our role is to make finding and engaging skilled workers simpler, more organised, and more informed. We provide the tools and information that help JuanOwners identify suitable workers, while giving JuanWorkers an opportunity to showcase their skills, build their reputation, and grow their business.

What JuanWorks.Ph Provides

1. Matching & Job Notifications
JuanWorks.Ph identifies JuanWorkers who offer the required service within the relevant service location and notifies them of available job opportunities.

2. Identity & NBI Verification
To help promote trust and safety within our community, JuanWorkers are required to complete an identity verification process using a valid Philippine government-issued ID and provide a valid NBI Clearance.

3. Verified Profiles
JuanWorkers who successfully complete the required verification process receive a JuanWorks.Ph Verified badge on their profile. Their government-issued Identification and NBI Clearance are not publicly displayed unless they showcase it themselves.

4. Skills Profiles
JuanWorkers can showcase their services, skills, experience, training certificates, and other relevant information to help JuanOwners make informed decisions.

5. Reviews & Ratings
JuanOwners can provide reviews and ratings based on their experience. Over time, this helps good JuanWorkers build a trusted professional reputation.

6. A Structured Connection Process
JuanWorks.Ph limits the number of JuanWorkers who can express interest in a job at one time. This helps prevent JuanOwners from being overwhelmed by too many responses while giving JuanWorkers a fair opportunity to put themselves forward.

Building a Better Matching System

At the soft launch stage, JuanWorks.Ph primarily matches JuanWorkers based on service category and service location.

As our community grows and more reliable information becomes available, we intend to enhance our matching and notification system by considering factors such as ratings, reviews, work history, verification status, location, service category, and other relevant information.

Our goal is to help recognise JuanWorkers who consistently demonstrate quality, professionalism, and reliability, while continuing to provide opportunities for new JuanWorkers to establish themselves.

What JuanWorks.Ph Does Not Do

JuanWorks.Ph:

• Does not perform or provide the services requested by JuanOwners.
• Does not employ JuanWorkers as employees.
• Does not supervise or control how JuanWorkers perform their work.
• Does not determine the price agreed between a JuanOwner and JuanWorker.
• Does not control the manner, methods, or timing of service delivery.
• Does not guarantee the quality, price, outcome, or completion of a service.

JuanWorkers are independent service providers responsible for the services they provide, including their qualifications, work practices, pricing, and obligations.

JuanOwners are responsible for reviewing the information available on a JuanWorker’s profile and making their own informed decisions about whom they choose to engage.
