Starting October 1, 2026, JuanWorks.Ph officially enters its pre-launch community-building phase.

And we are starting with the people who make JuanWorks possible — our JuanWorkers.

During this initial phase, our main focus is to gather, onboard, and verify skilled workers and service providers across different trades and service categories.

Why start with JuanWorkers first?

Because before we actively invite JuanOwners to post jobs, we want them to arrive on a platform where they can already see real JuanWorkers, existing profiles, available skills, and service providers in their area.

We want to build the worker community first, so opportunities have somewhere to go when the JuanOwners arrive.

What JuanWorkers should expect during pre-launch

If you register as a JuanWorker starting October 1, please keep in mind that JuanWorks.Ph is still in its community-gathering phase.

This means there may be few or no JuanOwners and job postings in your area yet.

That is expected.

At this stage, we are giving JuanWorkers the opportunity to register early, complete their profiles, submit their verification requirements, add their skills and qualifications, and become part of the platform before we begin our wider outreach to JuanOwners.

Think of it as getting your profile ready before the opportunities start coming in.

While JuanWorks.Ph is open to users across the Philippines, our early community-building efforts will initially be concentrated in Davao City, before gradually expanding our outreach to more areas.

JuanWorkers from anywhere in the Philippines are still welcome to register during pre-launch. By joining early, you are helping us build the JuanWorks community in your area from the ground up.

Why we built JuanWorks.Ph

Finding someone to work inside your home or on your property should come with greater confidence — not unnecessary uncertainty.

Today, many people find skilled workers by asking friends and relatives, scrolling through social media groups, or choosing someone based on a recommendation or comment online.

Sometimes it works out. Sometimes it does not.

It can mean going through countless posts and replies, dealing with multiple inquiries, and making a decision with very little information about the person you are considering for the job.

At the same time, skilled workers face the opposite problem.

A JuanWorker may have spent years developing a trade, completing jobs, attending training, and building experience — but much of that history has no permanent place where future clients can see it. An experienced tradesperson can easily look the same as someone completely new when both are simply commenting on the same social media post.

JuanWorks.Ph was built to help address both sides of that problem.

We want JuanOwners to have more information when choosing someone for a job, while giving hardworking JuanWorkers a place to build a profile, reputation, and work history that can grow with them.

How JuanWorks.Ph works

1. JuanOwners post what they need.
A JuanOwner creates a job post describing the service needed, what needs to be done, and where the work will take place.

2. Matching JuanWorkers are notified.
JuanWorks.Ph identifies JuanWorkers offering the relevant service within the applicable service location and notifies them about the opportunity.

Instead of a JuanOwner having to search through hundreds of profiles, interested JuanWorkers can come to them.

3. JuanWorkers submit their interest.
Interested JuanWorkers can submit their interest in the job. The first five to do so fill the available interest slots, helping keep the selection manageable for the JuanOwner.

4. JuanOwners review JuanWorker profiles.
JuanOwners can review available information such as skills, experience, training certificates, reviews, ratings, and JuanWorks.Ph verification status before deciding who they want to speak with.

5. Not the right fit?
If a JuanOwner declines an interested JuanWorker, the slot can become available for another JuanWorker.

6. Connect and discuss.
JuanOwners and JuanWorkers can communicate about the job requirements, schedule, scope, and price.

7. Choose your JuanWorker.
The JuanOwner remains in control of whom they ultimately choose to engage.

8. Complete the job and build a reputation.
After the work is completed, feedback and reviews help good JuanWorkers establish a visible track record while helping future JuanOwners make more informed decisions.

What our Verified badge means

We believe a verification badge is only useful when people understand exactly what has been verified.

To receive a JuanWorks.Ph Verified badge, a JuanWorker must complete our required identity verification process using a valid Philippine government-issued ID and provide a valid NBI Clearance.

Where applicable, the submitted NBI Clearance is checked using the NBI’s available verification system rather than relying solely on an uploaded image of the document.

The JuanWorks.Ph Verified badge relates to the JuanWorker’s identity and required NBI Clearance verification. It should not be interpreted as a guarantee of workmanship, qualifications, conduct, or job performance.

JuanWorkers may also add information about their skills, experience, training certificates, and other qualifications to their profiles. Unless specifically indicated otherwise by JuanWorks.Ph, this information is provided by the JuanWorker and should not be considered independently verified by the platform.

Government IDs and NBI Clearances submitted for verification are not publicly displayed by JuanWorks.Ph as part of the JuanWorker’s public profile.

JuanWorks.Ph is FREE during pre-launch

During our pre-launch phase, using JuanWorks.Ph is free for both JuanWorkers and JuanOwners.

There is currently:

No registration fee. No listing fee. No subscription fee. No platform commission.

For JuanWorkers, creating a profile, completing platform verification, browsing available jobs, and submitting interest are free during this phase.

Our priority right now is not revenue.

Our priority is building the community.

We want to bring together genuine JuanWorkers, improve the platform based on actual user feedback, and prepare the marketplace before we begin wider outreach to JuanOwners.

Our matching system will grow with the community

During the initial phase, JuanWorks.Ph primarily matches JuanWorkers based on factors such as service category and service location.

As the community grows and more reliable platform information becomes available, we intend to continue developing our matching and notification systems.

Future improvements may consider information such as ratings, reviews, completed work history, and verification status, while still giving new JuanWorkers the opportunity to establish themselves.

Good work builds trust.
Trust builds reputation.
Reputation creates opportunities.

Help us build JuanWorks.Ph

Pre-launch means we are still building, testing, learning, and improving.

Some features may still be limited, adjusted, or under development during this period. There may also be little or no job activity in certain areas while we continue gathering JuanWorkers and preparing for wider JuanOwner onboarding.

That is part of the process.

Our team will be closely monitoring the platform, listening to early users, fixing issues, and improving the JuanWorks experience based on real feedback.

If you join us during this stage, you are not just registering on JuanWorks.Ph — you are becoming one of the early members helping us build the community.
